Cancellation and Refund Policy

At New Age Mobilization, we appreciate and value contributions from our donors and members. This policy explains when refunds or cancellations may be processed.

1. Donations

Donations once made are treated as final and non-refundable. They are immediately allocated to ongoing projects and community programs. However, if a donor believes a transaction has been made in error (such as duplicate donations, wrong amount charged, or technical issues), they may request a refund within 7 working days of the transaction.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid for becoming a permanent member or volunteer of the NGO are non-refundable once processed and approved. Certificates and recognition are issued only upon full payment confirmation. If a transaction error occurs (such as duplicate charge), refunds will be processed.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, you must send an email to [Your NGO Email] with the transaction ID, amount, and reason for the refund request. Our team will review the case and, if approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used.

4. Cancellations

Since donations and memberships represent voluntary commitments, cancellations are generally not permitted once processed. Exceptions will only be made in cases of proven technical errors.
