Shipping and Delivery Policy
New Age Mobilization does not deal in commercial products. Our primary services involve community initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and membership recognition. However, for transparency, this policy outlines our approach to shipping and delivery.
1. Digital Deliverables
Certificates for permanent members or volunteers are delivered electronically via email. Digital certificates are generally sent within 7 working days after successful membership confirmation. We encourage members to check their email inbox and spam folder.
2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
In some cases, upon request, physical certificates or letters of appreciation may be mailed to members. Such deliveries may take 15–20 business days within India. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service or courier agency.
3. Delivery Charges
Since we are a non-profit organization, delivery of certificates is provided free of charge to members and volunteers. Any courier expenses (if applicable) will be borne by the NGO.
4. Delay in Delivery
We shall not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen postal issues, natural calamities, or strikes. However, every effort will be made to ensure timely delivery.
